Bypass the internet connection requirement during Windows 11 installation

  • Press Shift+F10 on the “Let’s connect you to a network” screen to open Command Prompt
  • Then type “OOBE\BYPASSNRO” and press Enter
  • This will restart the setup process, allowing you to proceed without an internet connection
